------ Coloring Book Icon ------
The icon for Coloring Book will not install in Windows
automatically with the install program. This is because
Coloring Book is a DOS program (even though it will run
in Windows).
Coloring Book has an icon in the subdirectory where the
program is located. If you want to change the icon to
a more attractive one, follow the directions below.
To change the Coloring Book icon:
1. While in the Program Manager, select the icon that is
currently used for Coloring Book.
2. From the File menu, select Properties.
3. In the Program Item Properties dialog box, choose the
Change Icon button.
4. Press OK when the message box appears stating that
there are no available icons for the specified file.
This message is irrelevant.
4. Instead of selecting an icon from the ones shown, in
the File Name box, type the file name below and then
press ENTER:
c:\dw_share\cbook\book.ico
5. In the Program Item Properties dialog box, choose
the OK button.
NOTE: If you are a new computer user and are unable to
understand the above instructions, just use the icon that
is already there. Changing the icon is for appearance
only, it does not affect the program.
------ Program Performance ------
Coloring Book will run in Windows if you have enough
memory available. If you find that it performs poorly
while running it in Windows, then you do not have
enough memory available. For better performance, exit
Windows and run it in DOS. Do not select the MS-DOS
Prompt icon in Windows but rather exit Windows completely.
You need 512K of conventional memory available to run
Coloring Book. Your DOS manual has information about
memory management.
